Most any band/frequency. Choose Winmor Winlink or Ardop Winlink from the open session pulldown. From the menu select "channel selection." From the list of stations, select "update via internet." You should see a list of stations in your area. Double-clicking on a station should tune your radio to the frequency if it's connected via CAT control. Thanks, I will give that a try. The pull down on my Winlink program only listed VHF and UHF frequencies. 2 meter and 70cm bands.
